WARRANTY

All our products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty, so you can rest assured that your Valets and cables will stand the test of time. 

Our warranty covers against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by the Warranty.

This manufacturer warranty does not cover damages to the product or personal property, such as your smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other devices, that arise from negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, modification, accident (dropping the product, etc.), or not following the instructions. Any problem caused by abuse, misuse, exposure to excessive heat, liquids, sand or other contaminants or an act of God, such as but not limited to flood, drought, earthquake or any other natural disaster is not covered. The Warranty does not cover the replacement of lost or stolen Products.

How does warranty work?

If your Volonic product is defective or malfunctions and a valid warranty claim has been submitted, we will send you a replacement that is most similar to the Product in question. In some cases, you may be required to return the defective product for inspection or provide photo / video evidence of the faulty product. 

We cannot guarantee that the exact style, color, or product for the claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed. This choice shall be handled on a case-by-case basis between Volonic and you. 

How can I claim the warranty for my product?

To obtain service under the Warranty, you should contact Volonic Customer Support at concierge@volonic.com or 1-833-VOLO-100. Our customer support agents will get back to you as soon as possible, and will help determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.

To be eligible for a warranty claim, you need to be able to present 1) the Product, 2) receipt of purchase, and 3) registration of the product. Any item purchased from an un-authorized reseller will not be valid for returns or warranty claims.

Repair 

At Volonic, we prioritize design and quality above all else. To us, using the highest quality, longest-lasting materials is of utmost importance. That’s why we take pride in each and every one of our products, and we back that up with action. 

We are committed to providing you the best products, with the finest materials. But if, at any moment, we fall short of this promise, we have your back. If your Volonic products have an issue or defect, we will provide complimentary repair or alternate resolutions.
